A premier producer of high-quality polyurethane (PU) sandwich panels in Pakistan, specializing in solutions for cold rooms, blast rooms and anterooms. Using advanced technology, our PU insulated panels are durable, corrosion-resistant, safe and hygienic. Their superior insulation provides an exceptional barrier while saving space: one-third to one-half the thickness of traditional concrete walls.
Insulated wall thickness options include 75 mm for small vehicles, 100 mm for mini trucks and 125 mm for heavy loading trucks. The construction features a robust heavy-structure frame with pre-fabricated polyurethane insulation, so the container is completely airtight.
Outside: pre-coated GI sheet skin, 0.8 mm. Inside: pre-coated sheet skin 0.8 mm, or SS Grade 304, 0.5 mm. Floor: outside pre-coated GI sheet 0.8 mm, inside SS, 1.5 mm.
A complete fleet of temperature-controlled vehicles for all perishable goods: ice cream, candy, fruits, vegetables and frozen bakery products.
Interior and exterior surfaces are designed for easy cleaning. We also specialize in manufacturing eutectic mobile containers for deliveries, compatible with all types of vehicles.

We supply an excellent, high-quality range of refrigeration units in various sizes and specifications, both air-cooled and water-cooled: energy efficient, low noise, easy to maintain and compact, with the same high performance for many years.
Pipe insulation is manufactured from rigid polyurethane foam, known for its closed-cell structure, low density and excellent thermal stability. The range accommodates pipes from ½″ to 22″ N.P.B., with insulation thicknesses from 25 mm to 50 mm. Omega pipe insulation is standardized at a length of 1 metre and supplied in two longitudinal sections.
Pipe insulation is packed in impact-resistant corrugated cardboard boxes.

Omega polyurethane foam remains stable up to 190–200°C; longer exposure to elevated temperature may result in melting and decomposition. A flash ignition value of 290–300°C was obtained using the Setchkin apparatus in accordance with ASTM D 1929.
Flame spread of rigid polyurethane foam is considerably reduced with non-combustible facings such as aluminium foil. Composite building materials of this sort attain favourable fire safety classifications such as DIN 4102, NEN 338 and BS 476.
Besides ignition risk and flame spread, the hazard of combustible material is also characterised by its contribution to the overall calorific balance of the fire.
The closed cells of finished rigid PU foam are filled with a blowing agent of extremely low thermal conductivity. Because the foam is enclosed and impervious to diffusion, values of 0.020 W/mK or lower can be established.

Our PU sandwich panel is made of hot galvanized steel and PU insulation. Inner and outer sheets are formed on a roll-forming machine, and polyurethane foam is injected under high pressure between them, where it solidifies and bonds. The panel can be combined with pre-painted hot galvanized steel or stainless steel sheet, with a smooth surface and excellent performance. It is an environmentally friendly, fireproof panel, widely used for roofs, walls and doors of large workshops, warehouses, supermarkets, office buildings, stadiums and waiting rooms.
